Ceasefire agreement breached, escalating oppression in Gaza

WEB DESK: In the Gaza Strip, Israel conducted airstrikes, resulting in the martyrdom of over 400 Palestinians, including children, and more than 560 people injured.

On Tuesday morning at the time of Suhoor, the Israeli military turned Palestinian lands red with blood during the holy month of Ramadan.

Warplanes conducted dozens of attacks using American-made bombs, resulting in the martyrdom of 413 Palestinians, including children and women, with dozens more injured. The assaults took place while innocent Palestinians were asleep.

Even after a day has passed, multiple individuals are still trapped under the rubble, and rescue efforts are ongoing. Immediately after the attacks.

Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu’s office announced the resumption of war in Gaza, stating that its aim was to apply pressure on Hamas for the release of hostages.

Hamas stated that Israel launched an unjust attack on the besieged and helpless civilians to cancel the ceasefire agreement in Gaza.

The Palestinian Islamic Jihad organization has accused Israel of deliberately violating the ceasefire agreement that has been in place since January 19.

Hamas accepted the agreement based on verbal assurances from Qatar, Egypt, and the United States.

However, the United States, which is the largest supplier of weapons to Israel, has turned its back on its commitment to provide protection to the Palestinians.

US ROLE IN CEASEFIRE AGREEMENT…

On the other hand, the United States has confirmed that Israel consulted with President Trump before launching the attacks on Gaza. The White House has accused Hamas of bearing full responsibility for the situation since it has not released Israeli hostages. The Israeli ambassador to the United Nations stated that attacks will continue until all Israeli hostages are released.

Moreover, Israeli officials have not allowed any aid trucks to enter Gaza for the past 17 days, which presents a significant challenge.
