ISLAMABAD: Preparations are underway for Pakistan Day parade as the federal capital’s administration has suspended cellular network services within the orbital of 10 kilometers of the parade ground here on Thursday.
The mobile services will be suspended until 12 pm today.
The services have been suspended due to ongoing full dress rehearsals of the tomorrow’s parade.
Deputy Commissioner of Islamabad has already issued a notification for the temporary suspension of several activities because of security concerns.
According to notification, marriage halls, bus terminals and hotels will be closed from 18 March till March 30.
