Islamabad (June 7, 2017): The federal government has summoned Central Selection Board (CSB) meeting on promotion of bureaucrats on June 19.
Chairman Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) Naveed Akram Cheema will chair the CSB meeting. Sources said the meeting will continue for five consecutive days.
The establishment division summoned the meeting to review promotion cases of grade-19 and above bureaucrats affiliated with Pakistan administrative service, police, service of Pakistan, foreign service secretariat group and others.
The meeting will review the cases of about 500 bureaucrats. Establishment Division Secretary, Cabinet Division Secretary, provincial chief secretaries, IGs and concerned officers will participate in the high level meeting.
