BADIN: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah complained on Wednesday that provinces received lesser share under National Finance Commission (NFC) award in comparison with previous year while such steps were tantamount to intervention in matters of provinces.
While addressing media persons in Badin, CM Murad clarified that he was fully aware of water crisis while steps were being taken to resolve the issue at earliest.
“Sindh government is making efforts for betterment in the province while we have completed evaluation of schools and education works department is also working there. We have also sent lists of the schools to all of the legislators regarding construction of schools.”
Answering a question, the Sindh CM assured that the government had assured doctors of providing same benefits in the province as physicians were receiving in Punjab. He said that the federal government has made negligence over tax recovery while the province received lesser share in seven months as compare to previous year.
