Web desk: Chairman PTI Barrister Gauhar says, our people were abused and fired upon, don’t force us to come to the streets again.
Speaking at the National Assembly session, Barrister Gohar said that it is a part of democracy that people protest on the streets, our people were abused, they were shot at, no shots were fired at peaceful protesters anywhere in the world.
He said, none of our protestors had any weapons, if firing has taken place then the responsibility should be imposed.
Barrister Gohar said, commission of inquiry was formed earlier in this country but nothing happened, this house could not protect its members and their children till date.
Further he said, that we formed the committee to correct the mistakes and not consider it as a weakness, now let the dust of May 9 and make a commission on it.
Chairman PTI said, cruelty then cruelty grows, then it disappears. One of those who came out of Syrian prisons said that he came out after 39 years. The ruler of Syria took 2 billion dollars with him while fleeing the country. Don’t force us to come to the streets again, let this House give us justice.
