Lahore: A delegation of Senators headed by Chairman Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani on Wednesday Called on Governor Punjab Chauhry Muhammad Sarwar in Lahore.
The delegation included Senator included Mushahid Hussain Syed and Senator Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri.
During the meeting, political issues were discussed and they strongly condemned ongoing Indian terrorism in Kashmir.
Talking at the occasion, Governor Punjab Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar suggested the opposition parties to sit with the government on the election reforms.
This is not a time for protection of personal and political interests but for the national interests, he added.
