KARACHI: The challan of renowned Qawal Amjad Sabri’s murder case was presented in Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC).
As per the challan, the accused murdered the Qaqal on sectarian basis and the murderers Asim Kapri and Ishaq bobi were identified by four eye witnesses.
The challan said that the alleged killers hired home through estate agent near Sabri’s house .
The court while accepting the challan fixed December 29 for hearing of the case.
On the other hand, the widow of the slain Qawal approached the ATC for return of her husband’s car. In her application, Sabri’s widow took the plea that the car was in her name and police had completed the formal proceeding so the car should be returned to her.
