Surpassing the 2023 Men’s Cricket World Cup by 23%, the tournament has captivated millions of cricket fans across the nation, according to the ICC.
With an astonishing total watch time of approximately 250 billion minutes, including 137 billion minutes on Star Sports and 110 billion minutes on JioHotstar, the tournament’s success was fueled by several unforgettable matches, particularly the thrilling final between India and New Zealand on March 9 in Dubai.
The standout moment of the tournament was the highly anticipated India vs Pakistan group-stage clash, which became one of the most-watched ODIs in India’s history.
