Cheating in SSC exams going on with impunity in Sindh

The Chief Minister Sindh’s orders  to eliminate the cheating menace in SSC exams in the province was evaporated in the air by the cheating mafia and open cheating and copying is underway in the ongoing SSC exams in Sukkur, Ghotki, Dherki and other areas of the province.

With the start of SSC exams, the cheating mafia has become active. The mafia leaked 9th class examination papers.

Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah had taken strict notice of leaking the paper. Shah had stated that there was no margin for pardoning the person(s) responsible for leaking the exam paper.

Reports of rampant cheating in the matriculation exams going on in the province are coming in from different areas. All this is happening despite the CM’s clear cut instruction to eliminate the menace.

In Daherki, solved paper of English is being sold at Rs300 per copy. Police deployed at the centres are also facilitating the students in cheating against just Rs100 to 150.

There are reports that in Ghotki, the facility to solve paper while sitting outside the exam hall in the fields is available against just Rs500 per person.

It is to be mentioned here that the first phase of examination for General group is underway in the province, whereas Science group’s exams will begin on April 15.
