Skardu: Chief court Gilgit Baltistan has declared chief minister Gilgit Baltistan disqualified over his fake degree.
A three member bench heard the case filed by Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) member of GB assembly Ghulam Shahzad Agha.
The three member bench included Malik Inayat Ur Rehman, Justice Jauhar Ali and Justice Mushtaq.
In the fake degree case, the three judges gave a unanimous verdict.
The chief minister declared disqualified Khalid Khursheed is belonged to the PTI.
