KARACHI: Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah has appealed to people to offer taraweeh prayers at their home adding that the lockdown decision was taken in consultation with doctors and experts.
The CM Sindh said that if we were wrong in our decision then God seeing our intentions will pardon us while the requested the clerics to cooperate with the provincial government.
Informing the situation of the hospitals, Murad Ali Shah said that the hospitals in the province have filled with coronavirus patients.
He said that if we didn’t avoid big congregations then the global pandemic will spread exponentially while he said that President has taken a major decision regarding the mosques on which I talked to him on the phone in which he (President) said that the government can change the policy if the situation worsened.
