Lahore: Chief Secretory Punjab Zahid Akhtar Zaman on Wednesday ordered to speed up anti-dengue measures for four high risk districts owing to inreasing cases of dengue across the provinces.
The cheif secretory presided a meeting at the civil secretariat wherein the measures taken for controlling of dengue virus were reviewed.
Impressive measures be taken for controlling the dengue virus Lahore, Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad, the Chief Secretory instructed.

He also directed to improve monitoring and survilliance in the high risk districts.
The Chief Seretory also instructed that special attention to be given to clinical management of the dengue patients for keeping death rate as low as possible.
