Karachi: Sindh High Court on Tuesday adjourned hearing of bail petition of front man of notorious accused in China cutting scandal Ahsan alias Chunnu Mamu among 21 other including KDA officers allegedly involved in China cutting by September 19, 2017.
A division bench of the SHC headed by Chief Justice Ahmed Ali Sheikh heard the petition.

The court expressed it anger over non-production of case file by NAB prosecutor.
The CJ SHC while addressing NAB prosecutor said: “You are a senior prosecutor and if you haven’t case file then there is no need to come to the court.”
The prosecutor Altaf Khan replied that due to Eid holiday the officials did not reach office, due to which the files did not reach court.
He directed NAB to present the case file against the accused on September 19, 2017.
The court adjourned further hearing till September 19, 2017.
