Islamabad: Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa after assuming the post of Chief Justice Supreme Court has formed a first full court.
The SC will hear the practice and procedure case tomorrow (Monday). Justice Qazi Faiz Isa will hear an important case as a Chief Justice of Pakistan.
Former chief justice Umar Atta Bandiyal’s 8-member larger bench had given a prohibition order in the case.
It is likely that the hearing will be live telecasted on the PTV as the PTV has been directed to complete arrangements for the live transmission of the hearing tomorrow.
