Islamabad: Chief Justice (CJ) of Supreme Court (SC) Justice Yahya Afridi will meet with journalists on Tuesday, today.
The CJ will respond on questions regarding the meeting of the CJ with the Inetanational Monetary Fund (IMF) delegation.
Honourable Justice Yahya Afridi will also anwers the questions of the journalists over the meeting of Judicial Commission of Pakistan (JCP).
It is pertinent to mention here that the IMF-six-member delegation in chair of its mission met with the CJ today.
The JCP on Monday had approved seven judges elevation to the SC which included Chief Justices of Sindh, Balochistan and KP and ad-hoc judge Justice Gul Hassan Aurangzeb from Islamabad High court.
The meeting approved the judges names despite objections and boycott of two judges of the SC, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah and Justice Muneeb Akhtar and PTI members of the JCP.
