Islamabad: Chief Justice (CJ) of Supreme Court of Pakistan ( SCP) on Thursday gave time to additional prosecutor for submission of Joint Investigation Team (JIT) report of May 9 2023 in the cases of May 9 incidents.
A divisional bench in chair of CJ Justice Yahya Afridi heard the cases of the May 9 incidents.
The CJ has ordered to set hearings of all the cases of May 2023 in the second week of March.
Additional prosecutor requested some time for presentation of the JIT report of May 9 2023 incidents.
The SC has given a hiatus of 10-day for submission of the JIT report.
