Karachi: Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah on Thursday inaugurated Sindh Smart Surveillance system and Police Health Card scheme.
Syed Murad Ali Shah said that the most modern surveillance system has been installed at the 40 toll plaza around the province.
The CM apprised further that as many as 400 cameras will use in the monitoring.
Syed Murad Ali Shah said safe city project is aimed at ensuring protective measures without hindrances.
The Chief Minister said that with the installation of the programme two programs of Automatic number plate Recognition and face identification programmed will work together to control crime and criminal activities.
He said that a smart surveillance system could be helpful in arresting over eighty thousand absconding criminals in the province.
He said that we will control over street crimes in Karachi including Kachay areas unrest.
He said that those having fake number plates will be arrested.
