LAHORE: Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar expressing satisfaction over security measures taken on Ashura said that Inshallah the Ashura will remain peaceful by the security measures taken by the government.
Chief Minister Punjab took an aerial visit of the capital of Punjab Lahore to review security arrangements on the Ashura and also took a briefing from safe city administration.
Talking at the occasion, the CM Punjab said that police and administration must ensure to implementation on the formed security plan.
He expressed satisfaction on security arrangments taken on the Ashura adding that the government of Punjab has taken the best security arrangments to ensure law and order situation in the province.
Later, he also visited the head office of the safe city wherein he reviewed monitoring of muhrram procession through the CCTV cameras.
He was also briefed about monitoring of the Ashura processions through modern CCTV cameras of safe city projects.
