CM Sindh warns district administration for not meeting target of polio administering during anti-polio campaign

Karachi: Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah on Monday has given warning to district administration who were not able to complete target of administering of polio drops.

The CM Sindh inaugurated a seven-day anti polio campaign in a ceremony at SMB Fatima Jinnah School Garden West, Syed Murad Ali Shah and other ministers administered polio drops to children while children were also given gifts.

As many as 16 million children less then age of five years in the 30 districts of Sindh will be administered polio drops while vitamin A doses will also be administered to children of age five months to six years to increase their immunity .

Talking to media Syed Murad Ali Shah said that it is our effort lay foundation of healthy society. The CM said that the DC who will not meet the target of polio administering, he will face repercussions.

The CM Sindh said that interim government option should be removed from the constitution as there is no benefit of the caretaker government.

Syed Murad Ali Shah said that owing to interim government matters were interrupted.

Regarding a query he said that he didn’t know about 27th amendment.
