MULTAN: Provincial Election Commissioner Punjab Ghulam Israr Khan said that committees have been formed on the use of EVM and RTS.
Talking to media in Multan, Provincial Election Commissioner Ghulam Israr Khan said that the Election Commission is bound to hold local body elections by April next year. The process of door to door verification has started.
Ghulam Israr Khan said that it is too early to say anything on the issue of EVM. Committees have been formed on this issue and technical issues of EVM are being discussed in the meetings. Eight thousand votes have been dispersed in the blocks.
