ISLAMABAD: No decision has yet been made regarding who will hear the contempt of court petition filed due to the inability to meet with Imran Khan.
PTI leader and opposition leader Umar Ayub, Imran Khan’s sister Aleema Khan, barrister Gohar, and others arrived at the Islamabad High Court, where a contempt of court petition was filed following the failure to meet with the former Prime Minister and founding chairman of the party, Imran Khan.
According to sources, there has been no decision yet on who will hear the contempt of court petition related to the meeting at Adiala Jail.
Justice Inam Amin Minhas returned the file yesterday, after which it has been circulating among various branches of the Registrar’s Office.
