ISLAMABAD: Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) acquitted former Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader and Senator Faisal Raza Abidi from a case pertaining to passing contemptuous remarks on media against the former Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP).
It is pertinent to mention here that the former PPP leader and the senator was arrested on 30 September for passing contemptuous remarks against the former Chief Justice of Pakistan on a web channel. The video went viral after it was on-aired on social media.
