Vote Counting Underway In 16-KP Seats Of Tribal Districts

PESHAWAR: The vote counting in the 16 provincial assembly seats of Kyber Pakhtunkhwa of tribal districts are continued.

According to unofficial results of 77 polling stations of PK 100, Bajaur 1, PTI’s Anwer Zaib is leading with 10919 votes and Jamat-e-Islami (JI) is on second place securing 8529 votes.

According to the unofficial results of 43 polling stations at PK-101 Bajaur-II, JI’s Sahibzada Haroon Rasheed secures 5027 votes to be on the first position followed by PTI candidate Ajmal Khan with 4295 votes.

Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) candidate Sirajuddin is on top position with 19683 votes followed by PTI’s Hameedur Rehman with 7688 votes, whereas, independent candidate Khalid Khan is on the third position with 7669 votes after completion of vote count in 75 polling stations of PK-102 Bajaur-III.

According to the unofficial results of 77 polling stations at PK-103 Mohmand-I, ANP candidate Nisar Ahmed secures 11322 votes to be on the first position followed by PTI’s Rahim Shah with 8234 votes.

Independent candidate Abbas-ur-Rehman secures 1,179 votes followed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s Sajjad Khan with 1,138 votes at PK-104 Mohmand 2 constituency.

Citing the unofficial results after completion of vote counting in all polling stations of PK-105 Khyber-I constituency, the independent candidate Shafiq Afridi declared successful after getting 18135 votes followed by another independent candidate Shermat Khan with 6767 votes.

An independent candidate Bilawal Afridi declared successful after grabbing 12800 votes followed by PTI candidate Haji Ameer Muhammad Afridi with 6561 votes after completion of vote counting in all polling stations of PK-106 Khyber 2.

Independent candidate Hameedullah Jan is currently standing on the first position with 190 votes, whereas, PTI’s Haji Zubair grabs the second position with 136 votes at Wazir Shah Kalay polling station of PK-107 Khyber 3 constituency.

At polling station number 5, PTI’s candidate Zubair is on first position with 26 votes followed by JI’s Shah Faisal Afridi with 18 votes.

JUI-F’s candidate Muhammad Riyaz is on top position with 4616 votes followed by independent candidate Jamil Khan with 3842 votes and 2058 votes of PTI’s Shahid Khan after unofficial results emerge after conclusion of vote counting at 57 polling stations of PK-108 Kurram-I.

As the election results from 24 polling stations of PK-109 Kurram-II pour in, PTI candidate Iqbal Syed Mian grabs 9229 votes, independent candidate Inayat Hussain grabs 3944 votes to hold the second position, whereas, another independent candidate Abrar Hussain secures 1262 votes.

As the election results from 57 polling stations of PK-110 Orakzai pour in, Independent candidate Syed Ghazi Ghazan Jamal holds the first position with 9821 votes while PTI’s Shoaib Hassan is on the second position with 2772 votes followed by Habib Noor (IND) with 1705 votes.

PTI candidate Muhammad Iqbal Khan declared successful over having 12000 votes in accordance with the unofficial result emerges after conclusion of vote counting. -F’s Samiuddin grabbed second position with 2000 votes in the polls conducted in PK-111 North Waziristan-I constituency.

As the election results from 55 polling stations of PK-112 North Waziristan-II pour in, the independent candidate Mir Kalam Khan grabs 5559 votes followed by JUI-F’s Siddiqullah with 4033 votes, PTI candidate Aurangzeib Khan with 3982 votes while another Ind candidate Malik Ghulam Khan secures fourth position with 2316 votes.

The vote count concludes at 17 polling stations of PK-113 South Waziristan-I. JUI-F candidate Hafiz Assam Uddin secures the first position after getting 1632 votes followed by an independent candidate Brigadier (Retd.) Qayyum Shaikh by getting 1170 votes.

The vote count concludes at 55 polling stations of PK-114 South Waziristan-II. PTI’s Naseerullah Khan grabs 6171 votes followed by independent candidate Arif Khan Wazir with 4904 votes and JUI-F’s Saleh Muhammad with 3508 votes.

According to unofficial results of nine polling stations, Awami National Party (ANP) candidate Qadir Khan gets 895 votes followed by Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazl’s (JUI-F) Muhammad Shoaib with 542 votes and 299 votes of PTI candidate Abid Rehman during the elections of PK-115 Frontier Region.
