Karachi: A session court in Karachi on Friday approved bail of the accused Natasha, responsible for Karsaz accident killing two father and daughter duo Amna Arif and Abid Arif.
The court pronounced the verdict in the bail petition by Natasha Danish in the Karsaz accident.
The court approved the bail of the accused against surety of one Rs one lakh while his husband Danish bail extended against surety of Rs 50000.
Before this, the woman responsible for killing father and daughter duo of Imran Arif and Amna Arif , Natasha Danish and hiers of the deceased have reached agreement.
An affadavit has been prepared which will be submitted in the court on hearing of the bail petition of the accused .
The heirs have written that the accident was not a deliberate attempt while it happened accidentally. We have taken the decision without any pressure.
The heirs said that we have no objection over granting the accused bail and on the name of the God has pardoned the accused.
