Islamabad: One day physical remand of Iman Mazari has been approved in a terrorism case.
She was presented before a district and session court of Islamabad today.
Duty Judge Ahtasham Alam heared the case. While media was stopped to enter the court premisis while a heavy contingent of pollice were deployed outside the court.
The police insisted physical remand of Iman Mazari. The second FIR of treason and terrorism were presented before the judge.
During the hearing Shireen Mazari came on rostrum and said that she was not nominated in the case despite that her mobile phone was taken and her house CCTV camera was broken.
After these incidents she felt unprotected, she said. On which, the Duty Judge said to her to approach respective forum and asked the police if investigation officer didn’t need of her mobile phone then return her mobile phone back.
The court in a terrorism case one day physical remand of Iman Mazari was approved, while on holding a rally without permission and interference in the government affairs her judicial remand was approved.
