Karachi: An anti-terrorism court of Karachi on Thursday granted five-day extension in physical remand of Armoghan and Sheraz to police in the murder case of Mustafa Amir.
A judicial magistrate south heard the Mustafa Amir murder case.
Two witnesses presented before the court while an eye witness Ghulam Mustafa recording his statement identified Armoghan as a culprit of the crime.
Main accused of the murder Armoghan and Sheraz also produced in the court.
The eye witness identifying Armoghan apprised the court that when the crime occurred we informed the police honestly.
According to the eye witness we pointed out blood strains to the police while the police took us to the police station and released us after taking our mobile numbers.
The court questioned the eye witness let’s see accused are in the court. On the occasion the witness identified Armoghan and Sheraz.
The court also directed to conduct medical check-up of both the accused.
The accused Armoghan stated to the court he has been subjected to oppression constantly while he has also denied food adding that he has’nt been to toilet for last 10 days.
He said that he doesn’t be given to police remand while he claimed that the policemen were laughed at him.
The court said that it is not possible as the person can’t be stand at his feet who has not been to toilet for 10 days.
The accused counsel objected the police insistence of physical remand.
An investigation officer of the case apprised that the accused subjected to torture a lady which has been searched.
The court allowed the accused meeting with his parents and counsel in the court.
On the other hand prosecution raised objection over allowing his meeting with parents and counsel as it turned to be scuffle.
To which, the court said that if any noise, ruckus created then informed the court immediately.
