Court has rejected bail plea of arrested Afghan blue-eyed woman named Sharbat Gulla in case of making fake identity card. The court said that the women deserved relief as being woman but making fake ID card is a major crime.
The Peshawar’s special court comprising additional session judge Farah Jamshaid after hearing arguments from lawyers rejected the bail plea of Afghan blue-eyed fame woman.
The judge remarked after the judgment that she could be given a relief as a woman but her crime is major and terming it national crime and it could not be forgiven.
