KARACHI: A new wave of Corona is looming across the country. In the last 24 hours, most corona cases were reported in Karachi.
In the last 24 hours, 650 tests were conducted to diagnose the virus in Karachi from which 138 cases were reported positive. According to the National Institutes of Health, the rate of positive cases of corona in Karachi has exceeded 21%.
The Sindh Health Department has also issued orders to provide booster to people above 60 years of age. The health department has sought details from the DHOs regarding the enrollment of children between the ages of 12 and 18. The booster dose campaign will be launched in educational institutions next August.
