Four terrorists were killed in a shoot-out with police, while three militants managed to flee when Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) hinted to terrorists to stop near Aimanabad, while the CTD say that the terrorists wanted to carry out major terrorist activity in Lahore.
The CTD personnel said that as many as seven terrorists were coming towards Lahore in a car and a motorbike while the CTD sources also said that all the terrorists that were killed belonged to Al-Qaeeda.
One of the killed terrorist identified as Abdul Rehman and eight cases of murder and terrorism were registered against him, While all other three could not be identified.
A car, a motorbike, three pistols, one Kalashnikov, one kg of explosive material, ball baring, rocket launcher and a hand grenade recovered from the possession of the terrorists.
All the killed terrorists bodies have been shifted to morgue while other three accomplices search is on.
