Karachi: A dangerous robbers group who used to loot people coming from banks after withdrawing an amount of money from bank, has arrested from Korangi Chamra round about.
An Anti Street Crime force ( ASCF) have arrested the group, Senior Superintendent of Police ( SSP) Korangi Tauheed Rehman Memon apprised.
The SSP Korangi Tauheed Rehman Memon said that the muggers were fleeing after looting money from a person coming from a bank after taking money.
Police personnel ridding on the bike arrested the duo after chasing them while arms and snatched money were recovered from the criminals, the SSP said.
The SSP furthered that people were also subjected the criminals with the worst torture. The robbers were appeared to be very dangerous as their criminal record also emerged, the SSP apprised.
More than eight cases of robberies are registered against them, the SSP said.
The SSP informed that the robbers identified as Muneer and Rafique while further investigation is on with the robbers.
