ISLAMABAD: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephonic conversation with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi on Friday to discuss the evolving regional situation and prospects for a ceasefire, according to the Foreign Office.
During the call, both leaders exchanged views on ongoing diplomatic developments and efforts aimed at easing tensions in the region. They also reviewed initiatives linked to contacts between the United States and Iran, including Pakistan’s potential role in supporting dialogue and diplomacy.
