Chief Minister (CM) Sindh Murad Ali Shah has given 10 days time to all district municipal services and deputy commissioners to clean Karachi city, the CM said that Karachi is the biggest city and cleanliness drive could not be completed within 48 hours.
All districts municipal services and deputy commissioners meeting was held in new Sindh Secretariat. The meeting discussed cleanliness situation in the city and the CM was briefed existing sanitation situation of the city. At the occasion, the CM directed the all municipal services and deputy commissioners to clean the city completely in 10 days so that coming local bodies representative could do work in the same way.
After the meeting, talking to media the CM said that the city’s cleaning situation is satisfactory and the situation will further be improved. Murad Ali Shah said that besides the site seashores will also be cleaned so that people of the city will be provided with cheap entertainment.
On a query regarding Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) he said that if the MQM delegation will come to meet then he will talk to him. Declaring abduction of children as rumors he said that he heard a case when its detailed was taken the matter appeared totally different.
To a query for former home minister Sindh Zulfiqar Mirza, he said” Zulfiqar Mirza is history so left Mirza”.
