PPP candidate Farzana Baloch has also submitted papers. So far, 13 PPP candidates have filed papers from Sindh.

Ali Junejo from Mirpur Khas filed papers for the general seat as an independent candidate. On the other hand, lawyers have filed a petition in the Election Commission against PPP s Senate candidate Palwasha Khan.

In this petition, Advocate Kamran Baloch has taken the position that Palwasha Khan’s vote was registered in Karachi after the release of schedule. Palwasha Khan is not a resident of Sindh therefore her papers should be rejected.
