Karachi: Deaths from falling in sewerage main holes could not controlled as two more children died and another sustained injuries after falling in main hole in Memon Goth area in Malir.
According to the police, many children were gathered for getting drinks of sabeel while five of them were standing on the sewerage main hole.
The cover of main hole broke and eventually children fell into the main hole while two of child died, third one injured and two were rescued.
The police further apprised that the incident was occurred in the Khoso goth in Memon Goth Malir neighborhood of Karachi
Four-year-old Hasnain and 11-year-old Talha were died while Abbass s/o Imtiaz Lashari is receiving treatment in the Jinnah hospital.
On the other hand, Pervez s/o Haq Nawaz and Saqib s/o Abid Khosso were transported to their homes safely, the police added.
Two dead child and one unconscious child were brought to the Jinnah hospital from Malir Memon Goth.
Injured and dead child are present in the hospital.
