LAHORE: Batting Coach of Pakistani cricket team Grant Flower has said that the benchmark for players fitness has been set and all the players have informed that they have to get 17.4 points for being fit.
Batting Coach of Pakistani cricket team Grant Flower in his interview to renowned cricket website Cricinfo said that beating Australia always been difficult for Pakistan as the decision to give players rest in ODI-series against Australia saw the worst result.
The batting coach said that Muhammad Rizwan is a good batsman playing in top four and he proved that he is class player adding that his running between the wickets is the best.
Abid Ali included in the player who could not clear fitness test and he did not work as much with the batsman adding that he did not have any expectation that he will score a century.
He said that he enjoyed working with the players and expressed hope that players will also do so.
