Islamabad: The Ministry of Defence has challenged the Supreme Court verdict against civilians trials in military courts.
The Defence Ministry also insisted the court to issue Prohibition order in the stoppage of civilians trial in military courts until the judgment of its petition filed today.
The Ministry also argued the court to declare the court verdict against civilians trials in military courts null and void.
