Peshawar: Deputy Commissioner Javedullah Mehsud was injured by firing on a vehicle in Lower Kurram.
According to the district administration, firing was fired at the vehicle of the district administration in Bagan area of Lower Kurram, as a result of which Deputy Commissioner Javedullah Mehsud was injured.
The district administration says, injured deputy commissioner has been shifted to the hospital, but the sources say that the injured deputy commissioner Kurram is being shifted to Peshawar by helicopter.
Intermittent firing continues in Bagan area of Lower Kurram, says Police
According to the police, 3 FC personnel were also injured in the firing in Bagan, who have been shifted to the hospital for medical assistance.
Due to the incident of firing on the Deputy Commissioner in Lower Kurram, the departure of the first convoy to Kurram was stopped.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Advisor Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif says, a firing incident took place in Bagan area of Lower Kurram, due to the situation the first convoy has been stopped for now.
