LAHORE: Punjab Police have provided a detailed account of the valuables and cash recovered following a raid on the residence of Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) leader Saad Rizvi.
Officials confirmed that a wide range of items were confiscated, including foreign and domestic currencies, gold ornaments, luxury watches, prize bonds, and other high-value possessions.
During the operation, authorities seized a substantial amount of cash, totaling approximately 144.4 million Pakistani rupees. In addition, Indian currency worth 50,000 rupees was recovered among the foreign denominations.
Foreign currencies originating from the UK, Canada, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE were also recovered from Rizvi’s residence, with their combined value exceeding 2.5 million rupees.
Gold jewelry worth more than 63.4 million rupees was among the valuables seized during the raid.
The police emphasized that the operation resulted in the recovery of a significant cache of valuable items, underscoring the scale of the operation and the extent of the assets involved.
