RAWALPINDI: Director General (DG) Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Major General Asif Ghafoor in his message on Kashmir Solidarity Day said that the determined Kashmiris will definitely win their struggle [for self-determination right].
In his latest message on Twitter, Ghafoor said, “Kashmir remains a long pending unresolved issue on [United Nations] UN agenda since 1948. Decades of atrocities by Indian Occupation Forces have failed to suppress ever strengthening legitimate freedom struggle.”
Earlier on Monday, Corps Commanders’ Conference chaired by Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa expressed solidarity with resilient Kashmiri brethren on the eve of Kashmir Day.
The high-level huddle, according to the military’s media wing, also discussed the situation along the Line of Control and the Working Boundary with reference to continued ceasefire violations, and the military’s preparedness along the country’s eastern border.
