DERA ISMAIL KHAN: A First Information Report (FIR) has been filed on Monday on the suicide blast that took place inside a medical facility in Dera Ismail Khan on Sunday morning.
The case was filed under acts of terrorism against unnamed terrorists with Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) as claimants.
A check-post near Kotla Syedan of DI Khan on was targeted by terrorists where two police personnel martyred, whereas an explosion took place at Trauma centre of DI Khan Teaching Hospital where eight got martyred including four police officials.
Altogether, six policemen embraced martyrdom and 17 sustained injuries.
