Discrimination against minorities continues in India as they face new laws BNS, BNSS, BSA

New Delhi: A discrimination against minority in Narendra Modi rule has continued as minorities including Muslims will face new civilians laws.

The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA) which came into effect from 1 July 2024.

On the other hand the All India Majlis-e-Itehad Ul Muslimeen (AIMIM)President Asad Uddin Owasi has rejected the imposition of these laws.

The bold and candid voice for minorities in India specially for Muslims, Asad Uddin Owaisi said that the cruel laws will be used against Muslims, Dalits and other sections of society.

The AIMIM President said that now rights of weaker segments of society will be deprived further.

Highlighting the law, he apprised that the Indian police will have extensive powers for police actions.

He said that there is no mentioning of details in the laws if the Indian police commit crime what action will taken against the police force in the laws.
