Hyderabad: The constitution failed to provide protection to the people of the country, said the Muttahida Quami Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) Convener Dr Khalid Maqbool Siddique.
Addressing a huge rally in Hyderabad, the MQM-P convener Dr Khalid Maqbool Siddique demanded that districts government be given powers and protection in the constitution.
Keep on demanding, he said that all the departments of the district governments must be written in the constiution.
He said that the provinces should give resources to the district governments.
He said that the when the districts governments are not exist then there should be no election be conducted for National as wells as provincial assemblies.
