Karachi: A trend of rupee appreciation continued today (Wednesday) as the US currency devalued by Rs 1. 79 in the inter-bank market after which dollar closed at Rs 232.12.

On the other hand, as per the forex companies’ association the greenback depreciated by Rs 1 and closed at Rs 233 in the open market.
