Karachi: Appreciation of rupee continued today (Monday) first day of the week as US currency fell by Rs 1. 16 in the interbank market while the dollar closed at Rs 227.29.
On last day of the previous week, Friday, the dollar was closed at Rs 228.45.

On the other hand the dollar price in the open market remained stable on Rs 230.
