Islamabad\Lahore\Peshawar: Earthquake tremors were felt in twin cities Rawalpindi and Islamabad while jolts were also felt in different areas of Khyber PakhtunKhwa (KP) including Peshawar.
Multan, Bhukkur, Pindi Bhatiyan, Sangla Hill, Mandi Bahauddin, Chiniot, DI Khan, Jhang Chanab Nagar and Mian Chunnu also felt the earthquake tremors.
Jolts of the earthquake were also felt in Digkot, Tobatek Sindh, Nankana Sahib, Sargodha, Sahiwal, Lodharan, Arifwala, Checha Watni, Shor Kot, DG Khan, Dunya Pur and Mianwali.
People engulfed in fear after the earthquake while reciting Kalma Tayyiba came out of their homes.
The epicenter of the quake was DG Khan while intensity of 5.7 was recorded at Richter scale
