ISLAMABAD: Earthquake tremors were felt in various cities of the country including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar and swat.
In Pakistan severe earthquake tremors were felt in different cities of Pakistan including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar and swat. Earthquake tremors were also felt in Mohmand, Shabqadar, Bajaur, Khyber District, North Waziristan and Mardan areas of Khair Pakhtunkhwa, Severe earthquake tremors were also felt in Lower Dir, Malakand and surrounding areas.
In Punjab, earthquake tremors were felt in Rawalpindi, Mianwali, Khushab, Sargodha, Chakwal and Gurdwara districts.
Due to the earthquake, people came out of their houses reciting Kalima Tayyaba in fear.
According to the seismological center, the magnitude of the earthquake was 4.9, the depth of the earthquake was 142 km and its epicenter was in the Hindu Kush region of Afghanistan.
According to Afghan media, earthquake tremors were also felt in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan.
