Lahore: With the change in the direction of the eastern winds, there was a reduction in smog in different cities of Punjab.

Multan declared the most polluted city today, Air quality index recorded 329. Apart from this, Lahore has the second number in this list with an air quality index of 291 recorded.

Schools in Lahore and Multan divisions will open from today after reduction in smog, while teaching activities have been resumed in other districts as well.

According to a notification issued by the provincial government, schools will reopen at 8:45 AM.

In light of recent health concerns, all students, teachers, and school staff are required to wear masks while on school premises.
