LAHORE: Counsel of Shehbaz Sharif, Amjad Pervaiz on Saturday submitted a draft of the undertaking to the Lahore High Court (LHC), assuring former prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s return to Pakistan.

Amjad Pervaiz has sent the affidavit of Nawaz and Shehbaz to the chamber of judges.
According to the details of the draft, “Nawaz Sharif will return to the country as soon as he recovers after his treatment. He (Nawaz Sharif) will face his cases as soon as he returns to the country.”
The affidavit further said, Nawaz will return to the country as soon as the doctors allow him. “Nawaz Sharif is travelling abroad on the recommendation of the Pakistani doctors,” it added.
Additional Attorney General while expressing unsatisfactory behavior said, nothing related to Nawaz’s health has been discussed in the affidavit .
Earlier, Attorney General said, We are just asking for a written statement as per law.
He further said, ‘Law does not allow you, NAB has not provided you consent, the statement is coming from a three-time prime minister and recent chief minister of Punjab.’
‘Keep the environment peaceful and make the most of it’.
