Islamabad: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Monday pronounced verdict on the petitions of three Member of National Assembly (MNAs) from Islamabad for changing the tribunals.
The ECP pronouncing verdict on three MNAs from PML-N, Anjum Aqeel, Dr Tariq Fazal and Khuram Nawaz petitions approved change of tribunals in all three constituencies.
The PML-N members have expressed their distrust on the election tribunals and insisted the ECP for shifting of the tribunals.
A four-member bench headed by Cheif Election Commissioner Sikandar Sultan Raja had heard the petitions.
A few days ago the ECP had reserved the verdict after conclusion of arguments from both the parties.
