Islamabad: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has approved change of tribunals on the petition of PML-N leaders for three constituencies of Islamabad.
The ECP approving change of judges of all three tribunals of the three constituencies has transferred the cases to Rawalpindi.
Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Sikandar Sultan Raja along with four member commission heard the PML-N MNAs petitions for change of tribunals.
The ECP has approved change of tribunals on the petitions of Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) members of national assembly.
The ECP has pronounced reserved verdict of change of Islamabad tribunals on the petition of the PML-N leaders Anjum Aqeel, Tariq Fazal Chaudhry and Khuram Nawaz.
According to the brief verdict the ECP has transferred Islamabad tribunal cases to other tribunals.
A four-member Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) bench headed by Chief Election Commissioner Sikandar Sultan Raja reserved verdict in this case on October 24 on the related petitions from three Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) legislators.
The Islamabad constituencies includes NA-46, 47 and 48.
